1. Eligibility for Return
Unactivated Devices: Electronic devices purchased from Reservato are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the device is unactivated, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Activated Devices: Once a device has been activated, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. Activation includes setting up the device, linking it to an account, or using it in any way beyond initial inspection.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Activated electronic devices.
Devices that have been physically damaged or altered after delivery.
Software, digital products, and downloadable content.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at sales@reservato.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Ensure the device is unactivated and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Securely pack the device, affix the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the return address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refund Policy
Unactivated Devices: Upon receipt and inspection of your unactivated device, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Exceptions: If the device shows signs of activation, use, or tampering, no refund will be issued.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for devices. If you wish to exchange an unactivated device, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired device.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged device, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items, including covering any return shipping costs.
