Reservato Solution

Reservato is a guest service application for hotels and cruises, allowing guests to locate available loungers and reserve them during short absences.

Guests can locate available loungers by scanning the Reservato device on each lounger with their smartphone and reserve it if available. Special access needs guests can reserve designated loungers for 2 hours, while premium loungers can be reserved daily for a fee, if available. 

Guests can view their reservation history, which includes both standard and premium loungers, to reconcile with any associated premium charges on their account.

Reservato Manager is designed for pool managers and attendants to oversee loungers at hotels and cruise ships worldwide. It provides complete control over each lounger’s status.

Reservation limits can be set to 30, 45, or 60 minutes, with special access loungers available for 2 hour reservations. Loungers can also be designated as premium, reservable daily for a fee.

The dashboard allows operators to view each lounger’s status, identify which are free or reserved, and spot those left unattended beyond the reservation limit.

Attendants can safely remove and record guests personal belongings  left on loungers after reservation period has expired.
