Reservato Partner Program

Reservato enables guests at hotels and cruise ships worldwide to easily reserve loungers, ensuring a more organized and enjoyable experience. Say goodbye to towels reserving unoccupied loungers for hours. Guests can reserve their spot and relax by the pool with peace of mind. 

Reservato consists of 3 components.

• Reservato application
• Reservato Manager Application
• Reservato Device

As a Reservato Partner you'll be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling Reservato solutions to your clients
• Delivering Reservato Devices to client sites.
• Assisting in installation and setup (optional depending on client needs)
• Arranging and Undertaking of training Hotel or cruise staff (optional depending on client needs).
• Acting as the primary point of contact for your customers
• Providing first-line support (Reservato backs you up with second-line support)

• Dedicated partner account manager
• Access to a partner portal

As a Reservato Partner, you manage the full client relationship while we handle logistics behind the scenes:

1. You sell the Reservato service directly to the client.
2. The client places their order online and includes your unique partner code.
3. Reservato ships the devices to you, the partner.
4. You deliver the devices to the client, offering optional installation and training at a rate you set within Reservato guidelines.
5. You keep 100% of any service fees you charge the client.
6. Once the client confirms receipt of the devices, you receive a 15% commission from Reservato via bank transfer.

Basic technical knowledge is helpful, but not mandatory. Our applications are designed to be downloaded from App Store and Google play. General Smartphone operation is useful.

Fitting devices is non technical and isimply involves affixing devices to loungers. No tools neccessary

Once hardware is delivered:

• Basic setup  each lounger can be completed in under 1 minute. Typically one site can be completed in a day.
• More complex installations (e.g. multiple sites ) may take a few days

Not necessarily. We offer:

• Direct shipping to Partners
• Partner delivers  to end clients
• Fast delivery options for most regions

There is no strict minimum, but pre-agreed sales targets will be discussed to maintain exclusive area rights.

No, Reservato cannot be white-labeled. All branding, promotions, and communications must adhere to Reservato's brand standards, ethics, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and trusted experience across all markets.
